I have to go help someone find a commercial gps for their company trucks. I am quite busy at the moment but since the person is close to me, I couldn’t very well say no. I know for a fact that she is a bit scared of modern technology and needs someone to guide her through each new gadget she encounters. The GPS is something new to her.

So I took the time out to help her get through with her first encounter with GPS. I know she will forever be grateful for that one thing I did for her. She is that type of person

I love the reminder above. It is for all of us women to never let others take advantage of us, especially our partners. We tend to fall head over heels in love with our man and, admit it, there are times when we tend to go blind over glaring mistakes and abuses that our partners commit against us. Let’s not let love blind us over the fact that we are being taken advantage of!

We all deserve to be loved, respected, cherished, taken cared of, and protected.

Demi Moore is the woman of the hour in Hollywood these days. She is the news since she announced three days ago that she’s divorcing her husband of six years the much younger Ashton Kutcher. He is 15 years her junior. Demi has become an icon of sorts for cougars and single moms out there. There is still hope for women because someone definitely much younger and hot married Demi. That is not really taboo but something that is not so common before them.

Too bad the couple has called it quits already. Ashton has been reportedly cheating on Demi and she couldn’t take it anymore when he couldn’t promise her that he won’t cheat on her anymore. What an A-hole! She deserves someone who won’t cheat on her! We all deserve someone who will love us and won’t cheat on us!

For a time Ashton and Demi were the king and queen of Twitter. They are famous for talking over Twitter and letting their followers tag along their ride. But now that they are no longer together, they decided to unfollow each other. Ha!

And the rude of all rudes decided that it is best to say his piece over his most favorite medium…

Can you believe the gall of this guy?!? He doesn’t even respect her enough to get off Twitter for a minute and issue a proper statement on the demise of his marriage. A-hole through and through!

Demi really deserves someone MUCH better!

Next year, around middle of the second quarter, I plan to buy one of those whirlpool refrigerators I saw in an appliance store online. It will be a belated Christmas gift to the family. We have a fridge that is working fine but it’s more than a decade old already. I know that it is already eating up a lot of energy based on a home living magazine I read. Our electric bill is indeed a bit high and it could be the one triggering it.

Anyway, I’ve been checking the different Whirlpool refrigerators and I found this Whirlpool GI6FARXXY Monochromatic Stainless Steel 26 Cu Ft French-Door Refrigerator which is the one I like. It’s a bit pricey, yes, but it fits my family’s needs. The freezer is at the bottom which is good considering we use it often and we stock at least a week’s worth of food in there.

Lily is proud of her man. He loves the outdoors. He climbs mountains, goes fishing, and just loves the rough roads. You won’t see it in him right off because his nine to five job entails for him to be behind a wide desk helping those who need his legal expertise. Lily’s man is a human rights lawyer. Can you imagine a lawyer wearing an lowa renegade boots and in the middle of a rough road slung over his shoulder a big backpack?

Well, that’s Lily’s outdoors man. A balance between his work life and personal life is what he wants to achieve. I do think he’s able to achieve it if he’s spending as much time outdoors as he does in his office.

You have to give it to Julia Roberts, the woman is aging gracefully! Can you believe this pretty woman is now 43 years old? Julia, Sandra Bullock, and the woman of the hour Demi Moore are women who keep getting gorgeous in age.

Julia played Ryan Reynolds‘ mother in her most recent movie Fireflies In The Garden. She’s only ten years older than him but since she’s a good actress, I am sure she managed to pull it off.

Women my age are surely wishing we can age as gracefully as Julia. I sure wish it!

Whenever I am in the fitting room, weight loss pills come to mind. I need to lose weight and I am aware of it. I can’t fit into the clothes I like. I can’t evAen find sizes for me! It gets so frustrating at times that I end up not buying anything at all.

I saw a blog entry of a blogger-friend about her nephew losing so much weight just by minding what he eats. It took him half a year to reach his goals and he did!

I really need determination, self-discipline and a firm resolve. I need to do this before I turn 35 as my promise to myself.

If you learned that you are sick and that your life is really threatened, how do you deal? Will you curl on your bed and cry your heart out refusing to live normally any longer or would you still wear that cute equestrian boots you bought, go to your store or office and continue with life like nothing happened? How do you deal?

I would like to think I’ll be somewhere in between. If that happens to me, I’d bawl my eyes out and when I am done crying, I’d get up and go back to my regular routine. Life goes on until my last breath. I’d like to think I’d be that brave to face anything head on.
