She went back to talk to her boss about what she thought would be great steps the company can take in order for it to rise above the competition. Being a model employee, her boss really took the time to listen to her. Her boss took down notes and at the end of their hour-long discussion, she was asked to email the summary of her ideas to her.
Happy with the ideas she shared, top management gave her three custom challenge coins as a token of appreciation. They believe in some of her ideas and will explore it further with her. If plans push though and things will work out fine, she will be given a promotion as soon as possible.
