I don’t know how some of my countrymen will start their lives anew after what happened with Ondoy and Pepeng. In schools alone, so many students can’t go back to normalcy because the schools are covered with mud, classrooms and classroom chairs are left broken, papers and textbooks are washed away. Some are even still submerged in flood waters.

According to weather reports, there is a typhoon coming in within the week again. I pray that it will not happen because I don’t think my countrymen can take another hit right now. Or even in the months to come.
