My favorite aunt is asking me if I want her elliptical which she’s not using that much anymore. It will be a gift to me. Of course, I said yes! It will be a great gift considering I need to lose weight badly. I just hope I can fit it in the limited space we have at home. And I hope my dad will not complain about the new bulky item to be added to the many clutter we have at home.

I am amazed with working moms. I just cannot imagine myself working in the office and then at home. I am even more amazed with working moms who are also hands-on in taking care of their kids.

A friend of mine who is a working mom is also taking part in the construction of their new home. Choosing home items, beds, bathroom fixtures, copper kitchen sinks, rugs, and so much more. Aside from being a director in the company she’s employed at and taking care of her three-year-old son. Amazing, isn’t she?

A local public affairs personality is fighting medical malpractice for years. Her mother was a victim of medical malpractice and when her mom died, she vowed that it will be her advocacy from then on.

I have read a news about a mom seeking justice for her son’s death. She claimed that her son was given morphine and it caused his death. One minute her son was alive, talking to her. The next minute her son’s in a coma already. And then he stopped breathing in less than 24 hours. I am not sure what happened to the case. But I sure do hope she got a good Rochester medical malpractice attorney that helped her give justice to what happened to her son.

A family friend is looking into Colonix. I think a lot of women are worried about their colons because of what happened to the country’s former president. Imagine a seemingly healthy-looking woman has colon cancer… If she’s susceptible, what more those other women who are not as healthy as her, right?

I know someone who has colon cancer despite living a very healthy life. The doctor told her that too much of those herbal products that she loved was one of the causes of her colon cancer.

I guess we just have to do everything in our power to take care of our colon.

I have to ask my male friends about this

For someone who has a lot of obligations to fulfill, sleep is a luxury. I have been sleeping on and off for the past months, not getting straight 6-8 hours at night like I used to. So whenever I can grab and get some good night sleep, I ask everyone around me not to disturb me as much as possible. I am also thinking of replacing my old bed with a sleep number bed. I love this one! You better check this out because I just know that buying one will be worth it, especially for sleep-deprived people like me.

These past few weeks have been really hectic for me. Now, I can feel the effects of being overweight more than ever. I am calling on the powers of Fenphedra and every diet pill to help me lose weight. I just cannot continue living an unhealthy life. I am turning 31 next month and I don’t think I’ll live for another 10 years more if I don’t stop this kind of lifestyle.

Sometimes, being sick can be a reality check for you. It did for me.
