I’ve seen an old friend in a social networking site. We haven’t spoken in a long while, I think it’s three years now. We’ve had a falling out and were never able to patch things up before she went abroad. I’ve read her profile and it says that she’s in the country again. She’s lost a lot of weight. Looking at her, you’d think she took weight loss pills. She’s skinny now. She looks miserable as usual. I think she’s still with her abusive partner. I wish her happiness, despite everything that happened. It’s just so sad that over a gossip our friendship ended.
