I was tagged by Courtney to write down 7 things about me. This is actually long overdue. But better late than never, right?

Here goes the 7 things about me…

1. My name is not Adrienne. Ode to Adrienne is actually all about the inspiring women in my life, my mom being the top in my list. She passed away a few years ago and this blog will try to give you an insight on what kind of a person she was. There were other women who inspired me to become who I am right now. They will also figure in this blog.
2. I had a really great childhood. I was a brat back then. I got what I wanted all the time. But one thing I can proudly say is that I was never a bad kid. I knew how to share my blessings with other kids.
3. When I cry, expect a downpour. I easily get depressed when the negative things concern my family. I remember one time I was aboard a public vehicle and I couldn’t hold back the tears anymore. I cried like a baby on board that PUV. People were staring but I didn’t care. I needed that release. I am that type of person, I guess.
4. I belong in the finance industry but I don’t know how to save money. I am not proud of it. I don’t have savings to tide me over during tough time. I am trying hard to save but with the amount of bills I have to pay every month, I don’t think that’s possible now.
5. My secret dream is to become a singer. Hahaha! Nah, I just want to be able to sing. But my voice is just a tad pleasant than the frog’s croak.
6. I don’t like strawberries, melons and anything with their flavors. Weird, I know. I just don’t like the taste.
7. Given a chance, I would love to explore the whole world!
